Information and Communications Technology (I.C.T.) is, in short, the study and use of computers and other technology. The Primary School Curriculum promotes the use of I.C.T. to enhance teaching and learning across the curriculum.
Social, Environmental and Scientific Education (S.E.S.E.) consists of three subject areas: History, Geography and Science. S.E.S.E. enables children to explore, investigate and develop an understanding of the world around them.
Arts education comprises of Visual Arts, Drama and Music. They have the opportunity to explore and develop their skills and talents in these areas.
Social, Personal and Health Education (S.P.H.E.) relates to the personal development and general health and wellbeing of the child. The aim of the S.P.H.E. curriculum is to help the children to create and maintain supportive relationships and to become an active and responsible citizen in society.
